 Resolution for Opening Bank Account for Trust

 

CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ANBUM ARANUM FOUNDATION HELD AT THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE TRUST AT Ground Floor, Plot No: 1C, Sri Ganesha Avenue, Ambal Nagar, Hasthinapuram, Chennai - 600064, ON 10.08.2023 AT 10:30am

 

A Proposal to open a current account with the Karur Vysya Bank, Tambaram branch was placed before the Board of trustees for conducting its day-to-day financial transactions. After discussions, the Board unanimously,

 

"RESOLVED THAT Current account in the name & style of ' ANBUM ARANUM FOUNDATION be opened with the Karur Vysya Bank, Tambaram branch, for the operations of activities of the trust and that the following authorised signatory(ies) of the Trust be and are hereby authorised to open and operate the said account:

1. Mr S. MAHENDRAN (Founder cum Managing Trustee)

 

2. Mr G BALUMAHENDRAN (Secretary cum Legal Advisor)

 

3. Mr C.MAHESH (Treasurer)

 

1. Resolved that the said Bank be instructed to accept and act upon any instructions relating to the account kept in the name of the trust or relating to any transactions of the trust with the Bank, provided the instructions are signed by the authorised signatory(ies) of the trust in the manner mentioned as above.

 

2. Resolved further that the said Bank be instructed to accept receipts for money, deeds, securities or other documents or papers or property or any indemnities given on behalf of the trust provided they are signed by the authorised signatory(ies) of the trust in the manner as mentioned above.

 

3. Resolved that the Bank be furnished with a list of the names of Trustees of the Trust and a copy of Trust deed/supplementary deed and be from time to time informed by notice in writing under the hand of the Authorised signatory of the trust of any changes which may take place therein and be entitled to act upon any such notice until the receipt of further notice under the hand of authorised signatory.

 

4. Resolved that the resolution be communicated to the Bank and remain in force until duly rescinded and notice thereof in writing be given to the Bank by authorised signatories of the Trust."

 

5. Resolved further that Mr S. MAHENDRAN (Founder cum Managing trustee) will manage the internet banking of the trust account.
